What's the best time and amounts for CLA supplementation?

CLA should not be taken at the same time as EFAs because they compete for the same enzyme. Take CLA in AM and EFA's in afternoon or evening. I took CLA as part of the Anarchy Stack, using 3 grams in the AM portion of the stack. I can't evaluate how effective the CLA was alone but the stack worked quite well and I was pleased with the results.
