    if i get off creatine, will i gain muscle definition from water loss? i am hydrated i drink 1.5 gals/day

      Im not sure the hydration loss from creatine is significant enough to give the appearance of diminished bodyfat, but you'll feel a lot leaner.

        this is right. I cant tell as far as looking but my pants fit alot better.

            if you are 7%-8% you are already pretty lean, just decrase your sodium intake :D

                How do you know what BF % you are at- did you have it checked or are you guesstimating it? Cardio should get rid of that little bit of fat.

                  It shouldn't affect your definition. Creatine causes intramuscular fluid retention, not subcutaneous (sp).
