    I am planing on starting my cycle M1T and i just picked up milk thistle and 6 oxo, and i just ordered nova for pct , should i buy any other stuff before i start my cycle? if so please give me your insite on to this.

    also should i take creatine with this, i was going to pick up cell-tech to take this but i wasnt sure if it was good to take both.

      I would order some 4 ad from powernutrition. Possibly some Ala/r ala.

          civic, u need to get some nolva too... 6-oxo isn't enough for m1t pct IMO.... you might also look into getting fish oil or hawthorne berry to keep your blood pressure down. another essential in my book is taurine... this keeps you from getting those lower back cramps that everyone complains about

            Cell-tech IS creatine. It's a mix of carbs, creatine and ALA. Cell-tech is also way overpriced. You can save a bundle by making your own at a fraction of the cost and put that saved money back into food. Here is a link on how to make your own Cell-tech

            Make sure you research M1T well before you start. It's a serious oral steroid. Good luck.

                Yep, anything to help your liver. Lke I said before, throw some 4ad in too. It will help witth sides and increase your gains.

                    i am talking to people on body building.com and they said ill be fine with 6 oxo, they said nolva wont stop the gyno.... so i am in a perdicament here should i start with what i have (M1T,4-AD,6 oxo,milk thistle, fish oil) and skip the nolva or should i go on the nolva but someone has to tell me where i can pick this up at... because i really want to see max results on this. i am gonna go to 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

                      There are some various websites that ppl will lead you to for the Nolvadex. Its openly discussed, and the sites are legit. If ur gonna do 2 weeks on im curious as to ur doses?

                      If its ur first cycle, not a bad idea, if uve done some phs b4 and even m1t bump it to 3 weeks.

                      As for the 6-oxo/Nolva dispute....well ppl say 6-oxo does work, its not bad, but Nolva has always been used by ppl taking Anabolic steroids, what ur about to do, due to the fact how well it works, not to pricey, and low side effect occurences. It is illegal to drink, but not exactly to have for "Research Purposes"

                      Depending on how u re-act, if u only did 2 weeks at lower doses and ur sides were little-none id say the 6-oxo would work fine.

                      But if u take over 10 mg and/or more than 2 weeks with some sides, then id suggest nolvadex.


                      As for the other stuff, milk thistle is nice, creatine wont effect taking m1t, still take it, and get cell tech if u like. It expensive but its got some ala, creatine, carbs, sugars ect, and it tastes great(Get fruit punch). Or u can always get some reg creatine or make ur own as suggested above.

                      You could also order some Hawthorne Berry from powernutrition.net Only 6 dollars and it will help keep ur blood pressure levels in check, they tend to be high as a side of m1t.

                      Some ppl experience lower back cramps, a lot of potassium or some taurine will diminish this. How u get that is up to u. Ive got some protein with 800+mg of potassium and I get more throughout the day, and I hvnt experienced any cramps at all.

                      Remember, everyones different, do ur research, u seem set, and get bigger/grow.


                      I also hope ur not leaving out protein, its the building block of everything ;)
