  • For those that supplement with CLA...

    Im usually lurking, but I just read about
    Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) and I know a few
    of you supplement with this.
    The studies claim decreases in bodyfat and
    increased lean body mass.
    I believe it is an omega-6 (?) fatty acid...
    Why do you (personally) take it and do you
    believe it is working for you?

    just wondering...

    They say to see effects you have to take 6g's of CLA, but in reports with people taking 6g's most saw no effect, I saw safe your money

      my trainer suggested me to take up to 10-16g daily. although I do have a bottle I havn't taken it yet.

        I started taking it a couple of weeks back. I'll let you know how it does. I did read hard studies that say it's effective. Don't ask me to find them though.

          10 -16 grams a day? Wow that's heartburn in a pill form. I took only 3 grams a day included in the Anarchy Stack and saw excellent results. Along with CLA, take R-ALA or ALA before carb meals to help partition calories to the muscles for energy and not have a tendency to be stored as fat. Just search the Anarchy Stack and read the threads. I've had very good results using it.

            i was told about cla and took it 1 after every main meal until i was 2 weeks out and then upped it to 2 after every main meal (6 a day). i liked the results, i've done this for 3 shows and placed 1st in all of them.. so i guess they are positive.

            but i also read different articles and at times get confused too. so i will continue on using it. until i read and learn other wise.
