Starting dosages for ephedrine/caffiene stack

I just bought ephedrine (50mg/pill) and caffiene (200mg/pill). Im 5'10'' 195 about 10% BF (im 20) and im just tryin to burn some excess off and have some energy after landscaping all day. I took 200mg caff. to 100mg. eph. 2 to 1 ratio to start...too much? too little. It had an ok effect i just dont want to kill myself w/ too much.

You started ephedrine with 100 mg's?

I would say that is definetly WAY too much...

I would definetly split that pill in half (or even in thirds, if possible).
