    i was wanting to know if anyone had any info on cla, i've read different articles about it. some say it is good, others say it does nothing for fat loss.

    i took it 1 after every meal before my 1st three shows until my last two weeks and upped it to two for the last.

    can anyone tell me if i'm ok, or should i do something different..
