Its a good product if ur a non-responder to creatine and its not bad even if u are.

Some advice: Stick with v12, dont take swole v2.

Cool, I respond well to creatine but I want to use something different.

Can anyone explain to me what is the different between other creatine product and this one? What is so special about this one that a few friends of mine have been recommending me this and been seeing good reviews about it.

It uses tricreatine malate instead of creatine monohydrate. Using this malate salt form of creatine helps to keep the water retention down as well as help bioavailability. However i've heard malate is only 75% creatine. V-12 also has other things like taurine, l-arginine, glycocyamine, etc. I didn't see any benefits from using it. Just another fancy looking supplement in my opinion. If you respond well to monohydrate, then there is no justification to taking v-12. If you're looking for the pumped nitric oxide effect, you'd be better off with citrulline malate.

Oh i c, well I am looking into building, and not holding so much water in me. I mean if there a way to built and cutting the water then would be great for me. Beside, creatine can be a little hard on the kinneys I read.

Besides that Creatine from Muscle Tech have been one that had work perfect with me. However their price is way to high for me right now. Is there a product out there that is near as the Creatine that Muscle tech have? Like the combination or a better cheaper product?

In the meantime I will go and read about this citrulline malate you meantion to me.

P.S. Do I need to use Citrulline Malate with Creatine by any chance?

Celltech is just creatine monohydrate with ala and dextrose added to increase insulin levels to aid in absorbtion, plus with some taurine. You can get all this stuff seperate and add it in your own home brewed mix at a much cheaper price that'll last much longer. 2000g of optimum nutritions creatine for $39 will last you 3 months. Just add in either ala or r-ala, dextrose if your diet can handle it and you'll be set. Bulknutrition.com has most of this and even some taurine for 150g for $6. If you can afford both citrulline malate and creatine then go for it. Creatine increases anaerobic atp levels and citrulline malate increases aerobic atp levels. Good thing about citrulline malate is that it doesn't get chewed up in the gut like creatine, so you get almost all of the citrulline you take in.

                Well I notice that getting;

                -option 1-
                1- Citrulline Malate $16.00
                2- Taurine Powder $ 6.00
                3- R-ALA $15.00
                4- Dextrose $ 2.00
                5- O.N. Creatine 2g $37.99

                Total: $76.99 before taxes

                -option 2-
                1-ErgoPharm Stamin02 $37.99
                2-O.N. Creatine 2g $37.99

                Total: $75.98 before taxes

Would it make a different what route I took with this here? Or do I get more from option 1 than I will get from option 2?

Also was thinking of something like 1-AD? Will that help or would it be a waste of money if I am doing it this way?

Option 1 is the much better route. You may need to get a little more citrulline. 3g preworkout should be enough. Regarding the 1-ad though, depends on whether you want to stay natural or not. If you're feeling like going to ph's, then really the whole creatine stack isn't really necessary. S1+ is a better ph, but that's up to you, and you may want to research the side effects before you make a decision on it.

They thanks alot beefcake, this was some great information and I will do some research around and decide what route I want to take. I might just stay in the natural route. But when I was 21 years old I took a test kind of form and was only protein, weightgainer and that test was underground but barely a steroid and I got from 147lbs to 175lbs 9% b/f in just 5 months. Then again I wasen't so experience like I am now so hmm who knows.
