Would anyone be interested in seeing an effervescent creatine recipe?

I realize you can buy effervescent creatine, but if you'd like to make it yourself you'll save approx 50% monetarily, plus you'll know exactly what's in it, etc here it is below.

This recipe is approx 85% better than most high dextrose transport systems. It's also about 195% more effective than creatine alone. This should be taken upon waking, 20 minutes pre-workout, immediately after workout, and at least 90 minutes after every meal.
Load creatine mixture with 4-6 servings ED for 4-7 days and then drop back to maintenance schedule of 1-3 servings ED.

    Here's the recipe:

    450 grams of Citric Acid
1000 grams of SKW creatine (pm for vendors)
    400 grams Potassium Bicarbonate
    3600 grams (7.9lbs) of Dextrose
Flavor with sugar free drink mix (no artificial sugar/sweetener or Vitamin C)

Combine all ingredients into a 10lb bucket or larger (clean, dry, whey protein jug, etc). Roll around on the floor with your feet. shake, while watching tv, etc for approx 30 minutes. After mixing test PH by mixing one scoop (regular protein scoop will work--50ml) and 10 oz water. You will need ph paper for this recipe. If ph tests over 4.2 add more citric acid. If ph tests below 4.0 add more sodium bicarbonate. Goal ph is 4.0-4.1.

If you are pre-inclined to have problems with stomach acid you can add a little sugar to alleviate some of the acidic affects. You may want to consider sucralose instead of sugar. When flavoring mixture, Kool-aid, etc will work just don't add the sugar. You'll also have to figure out how many packs it will take to flavor approx 9-10 pounds of total mixture.

Koolaid or your flavoring you can buy in a grocery store. Dextrose can be bought at Kent Nutrition. Good creatine can be bought about anywhere--make sure it's good. For the citric acid, potassium bicarbonate, and ph paper try
