Well Ive been off my M1T cycle for 3 days now, been taking nolva 40mg ed. I went to the gym today for the first time after getting off (Problems blah) and got on the scale. I lost 3 almost 4 pnds, I was a little worried. Then I went to bench (Chest/Tricep day) and I suprised myself, by not only adding 10 more pounds but pumping out 8 reps. Last week I got 255 x 8, this time I got 265x8. Very pleased with how things are goin! Just thought id throw my info out their.
