You should be taking r-ALA anyway. Along with some others with or without creatine. If you want to take creatine to the next level you have to load it. The Effervescent Creatine recipe will take NORMAL creatine up 195%. I don't know what it would do to ProLabs, etc. Plus making it yourself will save you approx 50% monetarily. For about 50-60 bucks you will have yourself approx ten pounds of creatine ready to go.

where do you get those #s? SKW and prolab are the same thing. Just plain german creapure. Dont get me wrong there is nothing wrong with the mix you are talking about.Im just wondering where you get 195%. bTW dextrose,r-ala,prolab would run about 45 bucks for about the same amount.

Dude any good brand of creatine 1000g. 8lbs of dextrose will cost you about $12US. r-ALA is a supp you should be taking with or without creatine so don't figure it into the mix. To me you've got about 30 bucks right now. Now add the citric acid and bicarbonate and flavoring, you might be under 50 bucks plus it produces 10 pounds!! It's a superior creatine dextrose delivery system that will improve creatine absorption and effectiveness up to 195%. Research it if you don't believe me. The pH at 4.0-4.1 also produces what's known as blood buffering which is used to slow the buildup of lactic acid. It's the same as any commercial dextrose delivery system ie EAS products, etc. And you know those cost a shit ton for very little amounts. (IMO it's a better recipe). Get a little pH paper for a buck. If you don't have an appropriate scale order the exact amount you need from a chemical warehouse. All products are legal.
