Saw an add for this stuff in a few diff mags I look over. Looked like good stuff. Went to my local max muscle and picked some up, 29 servings for 54 bucks, pretty expensive but money isn't a problem.
Anyway I like it because its got 55g of protein per serving, and a serving is only 2 reg sized scoops. I got vanilla, tastes great. I mixed in 2 scoops with some milk and ice, just tastes like lowfat milk with a hint of vanilla, no bad after taste either. Blended great.
Anyway just though id let u all know in case anyone was interested in it. U can find info on the net, but basically its protein, 55g of a blend of a few diff wheys and some egg albumen. Also has lots of amino acids and glutamine peptides/precursors (Not sure if I believe glutamine does anything, but its not a big deal) Not a lot of sugar and tastes great.
Not to mention it comes in a big purple tub. ;) (Oh, and ive found it online for 35 bucks instead of 55.)
