I am 15 right now.......I have tried NOX2, creatine monohydrate, NO-Xplode, NOS by pinnacle, Tribex, and lotsa protein.

I am now using protein. 19 grams per serving and i take 2 a time twice a day so with milk its like 50g twice a day. I also just started red russian creatine yesturday. Not sure how good it will be although it is supposed to be good.

I am 5'11'' and a half, 175 and 16% form what my scale says. I am a tight end and Defensive End but sometimes drop end which goes into coverage so my goal is to get to 185 by the middle of august (one month) adn get down to 11-12%.

my lifting maxes (1 rep) are as follows and what i want them to be:
    Bench-215/235
    Squat-335/365
    Dead lift diamond bar-510/545
    Dead lift straight bar- 365/405
    clean to chin(reverse curl up)-175/185
    40 time-4.90

I was wondering what supplements and what i should do to reach my goals. I want to put the weight on but at the same time I dont want to lose speed so I want to get rid of some body fat.

    Thanks

Welcome, 15 is not too young to start, but all but 2 of the mentioned products are junk. The monohydrate and protein are the only ones of any benefit. NO2 products are possibly determental to health and muscle gains, so Id avoid it.

Scales that detect body fat are more often than not, inaccurate. There's no mechanism in which they can accurately determine a humans bodyfat, just by you standing on it. Its a guesstimate., and probably off.
As a defensive end, its not too necessary to have a low bodyfat, granted you dont want to be overweight, but as D-End, you'll want to be a little thicker, by naturally adding muscle, at your age, your body will eat that fat up. So Id worry more about putting on quality muscle and working on speed and agility drills, as opposed to concentrating on reducing bodyfat. A sports specific training program for your position would be a good start. I dontk now if your coaches do that, but if you need any help in that area, check my forum, Ill be glad to help you put something together.

Nice lifts and reasonable goals, keep training and eating and you shouldnt have a problem.

Avoid the supplements. At 15, all you need is food. Protein is an ok addition and even creatine is supplemental, but Id leave it at that. Anything else isnt necessary. A sports specific training program is what you need, not really a long list of supplements.

your taking these proteins after some type of work out ??? If so knock out the milk and use water. Milk slows the protein absorbtion process

Listen to what YJ said. Put some dextrose in with your creatine( if you continue to use it) and protien shake to sweeten it up plus get the insuline spike and post workout carbs.
