Supplements are exactly that 'supplements'. They simply give your body extra nutrients you wouldnt usually be getting, dont expect miricles from the stuff, no supplement in the world can make you look like 'arnold'

well i was going for the creatine clear which doesnt have the all that sugar in it... how many grams should i take a day??? I go to the gym 3 days a week. It is necessary to take it every day of the week??? Should i take same amount every day??? Also how can i measure out the grams ??? I dont have a scale for that and prolly cant afford one right now =(.

nvm that grrr! GNC SUCKS! I went there they didnt have creatine clear nor did they have dextrose. N the girl said she never head of R-ala. WTF!? What's a good website i can purchase off of then YJ??? Im gettin a CC soon since i just turned 18 and my parents are prolly not going to let me use theres. They dont like giving it out over the internet :sigh:
