      I have stuck to a strict regiment of no more that 10 sets per body part with one warm up set. 3 sets per excrcise. I go as heavy as I can for each exercise no more that 10 reps per set. Just trying to grow as much as possible.

        ok ive been on this stuff for a week and a half now and it definatly works...

        yesterday i put up 230 5 times benching... a huge jump and i am now boxin squating 345... i feel like a god in there now

            i am 18....... ive gained 10lbs in a week in a half... i am now at 224lbs.... tommarrow is my last day of workin out then next week practice starts.... it is also max out day... we shall see wut happens
