    on the bottle it says take 1-3 a day anybody have a recommended use of when i should take it? like should I take it for lunch or before i work out? and How many servings a day are enough

      Take 3 a day to start, split the doses up, after a week or 2 bump it to 4-5. Stay around there, u wont see much strength/size gains from it, so dont just start using 10 a day because u think that will help, all it does is help ur vascularity and hardness. Not a bad product.
