should i wait to do a second PH cycle. i just finished up a 3 week M1T/4AD cycle and am very impressed. i have read that most people like the 2 week on, 2 week off cycle, but since i just finished a 3 week, should i wait longer? this maybe a stupid question but i figure better safe than sorry. i also have quite a bit of 4AD left over, how long is the shelf life for 4AD powder? i "made my own transdermal" and ordered a bit too much.:D thanks much for any advice.

If I ran a 3 week cycle of M1T, Id wait at least a month to start another one. M1T is fairly suppressive so you should take adequate time off. You'll be fine on the 4-AD, it has an extended shelf life.
