Muscle Milk has a new competitor.

I got a sample of this stuff with the 40lbs of Protein I bought today.

Its called Anabolic Milk and its made by Optimum Nutrition. It actually looks like it has better ingrediants then Muscle Milk to me.

Its protein Blend is:

Micellar Casein, Whey Isolate, Whey Concentrate

Also has Sunflower Oil as the healthy fat.

Serving in Half a packet is 340 Cals made up of:

18g Healthy fats
12g Complex Carbs
32g Protein

Looks like a decent product for someone trying to bulk.

Yup, can't argue about the quality from optimum nutrition. However i've heard the people there are pure dicks. Luckily it doesn't rub off onto their products.

I have been using ON when for the past year or so, and been very happy with the results.. And it actually tastes pretty good, even after going though about 100lbs of it..

Who can beat the price? 24 bucks for 5lbs of it! I think you can get it even cheaper if you buy it by the bag.. I like the tubs though, and I can't argue with that price, so I stick with them..

I dont think any of there protein taste like shit. Thats a matter of oppinion. I dont really eat for taste though. I eat for what it does to my body. Muscle Milk isnt the best thing for your body bro.

Well for one, it has 8 grams of saturated fat per serving. That is not good fat. That is fat that makes you fat. Also, in 2 scoops it only has 32g of protein. That means its filled with alot of fillers. Stuff that isnt doing anything for you besides making it taste good. If you want something good just go get a few scoops of protein and blend it up with some Ice Cream. Thats basiclly the same as muscle milk. Its crap bro.
