ok so anyways We got this juice and wrap bar at the gym. Can anyone tell me how this helps b4 and after a work out ??? Or even during. I was talking to a few guys and im like man that guy is really fuckn cut. They basically said how hes a juicer and he drinks juice b4 during and after work outs. N i see him do it al lthe time. Hes cut but hes also very dedicated. What does juice do as a supplement??? Is it ??? Is it worth spending 5 dollars for a juice drink ??? if so tell me.
