methyl-d doesn't aromatize so you don't need to take it.

Tamaxofin Citrate (Nolvadex)

Basically it is widely used by ppl as PCT (Post Cycle Theropy). It is used after a duration of time someone has used either various PH's or Anabolic Steroids. Nolvadex takes control of the estrogen receptors, which in turn gives ur body the complete time it needs to get ur test lvls back up, as u can see nolva dex is also used for stopping gyno and estrogen related side effects as well, hence the reason some ppl use lower doses during cycles.

Either way, ur taking methyl-d, so u wont need nolvadex, at least im 90% sure.

Methyl-d is not a PH. It is a prosteroid and no, they are not the same thing.

Methyl-d does not aromatize therefore, there is no need for an anti-estrogen. Nolva is not needed and may even be detrimental since it decreases IGF-1 significantly. The only plus would be that nolva does help spare cholesterol profiles.

will i need nolva for a 18 mged 4 week oxovar cycle. got two bottles of the gaspari, saving it for next spring. i think im just going to use 300 to 400 mg of 6oxo for a 3 weeks, let me know if this is correct.

No, oxavar doesn't aromatize. Nolva usage would only be benefitial for PCT.
