    I've read so many different things about CLA, it helps in weight loss, it doesn't help, good, bad whats the deal.

    Ive never had much luck but some people love it. I say give it a try if you want to. What works for some dosent for others. I personally think there is cheaper, more effective stuff out there.

        I agree with racer. Some people swear by and others simply get no affect from it whatsoever. IMO the best thing for you to do would be to buy a low quantity and see what your results are.

          I started taking it the first of this month. After a little reading the Tonalin make seems to be the highest quality, so that's what I got from The Vitamin Shoppe here. I take one with each whole food meal. So far this month I've lost 7 pounds. My bicep, quad and calf measurements have stayed the same but my waist is down 3 inches so far.


          Now here's the bad part. I can drop an average of 10 pounds a month with no gear, supplements or anything. So by the end of next week I should be right around 10 pounds like usual. So I can't really say if it's helped alot or not. It may help spare muscle when you get down to those last hard pounds that don't wanna budge. But the jury is still out...

            You could make your own eca,ecy, stack or if you want to take the next step clen or t3. I have excellent results with clen it is my favorite. .Judging by your pics you are already very lean . You may want to try a topical yohimbine product with an ecy stack. They say women see better result with yohimbine being that you are already pretty lean I think you would see goood results.
