Hey guys I was talking to a personal trainer i know very well from the gym i go to. I told him I really wanted to gain some muscle and needed an edge. He told me about this stuff althoug he never used it before he heard it had great results. It takes creatine to the next level... It doesnt have all the sugar creatine does, It uses something else ( dont know all the info but i read the magazine article on it) to get the stuff to ur muscles. Anyway he says i should use this 5 grams in the morning and 5 grams post work out along with protein etc. Anyone care to comment if they used this b4 the results etc ??? Some guy in the gym used it i talked to him, He says he was gaining incredible gains. It still retains the water but when your done you will be left very cut it doesnt make u loose the results u worked hard to achieve...

Hey bro, there's a post on this board concerning effervescent creatine. It's one the the best high dextrose transport recipes that's ever been invented. It does use dextrose, but there are huge differences between dextrose, sucrose, and glucose biochemically. It also uses blood buffering which in case you are unfamiliar with blood buffering it reduces lactic acid buildup allowing for more intense workouts and an even quicker recovery period. For not much money you can make 10 POUNDS of this recipe that will last you an extremely long time. Check it out.

Juka, the synthecrap or whatever its called ;) seems to be just another product on the market. There are many creatines out right now with the same ingredients, and some even better. What u must understand:

If u re-act well to regular creatine, then there isnt a huge point in buying anything that has any more in it than dextrose/r-ala/ala. Any of the other stuff companies have been putting in rlly help ppl that dont respond well to creatine/ or they can be used by someone who wants the extra pump/edge, or have possibly used creatine so long its effects have been dulled.

Seeing as its going to be ur first time, if I were u id stick to basic creatine monohydrate. Uve got to realize, all ppl that usually start their way into the workout/supplement world start jumping into this and that. Just keep it simple, get creatine monohydrate, lots of protein, a multi vitamin, lift hard, eat a ton, and maybe throw some dextrose/some type of ala into ur creatine (Not a necessity, but helpful)

Beyond that, taking much else wont give u much of an "edge" ur looking for. This will suit u fine, I promise ;) If ur do what i mentioned, and train fairly hard/correct, ull see great gains.

well basically wut it is is a hyped up creatine... It says it doesnt use all the sugar creatine does. I dont want all that sugar. I want high protein low carbs which i can do but all the sugar would kinda reck it and id feel like id have to do extra cardio n id eventually burn all the calories to make the gains i want. I dont want to get fat. Isnt there alot of sugar in creatine??? N wouldnt since im only going to excercise 3 times a week will that be enuff to burn it all off with all the extra high protein food im eating ???

Creatine doesnt have much sugar, cell tech however, does. Along with a few other brands.

Now other creatines, come with dextrose. A simple sugar that plays a big role in insulin (Helping ur muscles uptake more creatine/protein ect.) This sugar will not make u fat at all, and u dont need a whole lot anyway.

So basically that creatine IS a hyped of creatine, just go get monohydrate and add dextrose/ala if ud like.

I will get back to u on this one, I believe YJ will be the expert on the dextrose part ect. Creatine Mono can be very cheap.

Ur local gnc will have basic creatine for anywhere from 15-30 bucks depending on the size. I got my first bottle of creatine there ;)

Another example, u can get 1000g of "creapure" which is supposively very pure creatine that many ppl seem to like, for 23 bucks. Just check around on the internet, im sure ppl can provide u with more links: http://www.bodyworks-nutrition.com/c...-creatine.html

I also know that www.kentnutrition.com has a good price for alot of ALA, and I believe he also sells Dextrose.

Kent nut also has creatine, 500 grams for 10 bucks ;)
