Depends on your stats and what your ph, ps, aas history is. If you didn't gain much, you must have more history. I used 20mg when I was on. 30mg is a bit harsh on the liver i'd say. Even though they say the hepatoxicity of m1t is over exagerated.
Try 20...if u still dont re-act then either ur diet is off, ur training, or ur stuff is fake? Worse comes to worse...u just dont re-act? Its not worth bumping to 30mg to get gains out of it, more harm than good.
Don't want to accuse, but having used the stuff myself, and I think most others will agree - if you're not responding to m1t, chances are there's something wrong either w/ your diet, your training, or what you're stacking it with. If you are training hard in the gym, eating 500 calories above maintenance, taking in 1.5g protein per lb of body weight, getting 300-400 carbs... it's impossible not to grow on this stuff.
M1T, like any other steroid, must be assessed by the individual. Unfortunately, M1T isnt liver friendly, so high doses can be harsh on the liver. If you take 20mgs every day, and see some gains, no sense in raising the dose. If you must take 30-40mgs to see results, you may want to opt for the injectables, ie. Test Enanthate.
