I'm not as handsome, but I can answer.. ;)

Anabolics 2004, or either the 2000 or 2002 editions.. I have all 3.

    Anabolic Primer

Ultimate Diet 2.0 by Lyle MacDonald

    Building the Perfect Beast

    Weider's Ultimate Bodybuilding (hey, it's a classic!)

I'll post more once I think of some..

All the above Pete named....... especially Ultimate Diet 2.0.

I have a myriad of textbooks as references, I just picked up Endocrinology & Metabolism Vol. 2 a week or so ago and so far, its an excellent reference. Stay away from anything by L. Rea, a lot of misinformation in his books.

Just picked up the second edition of Essentials of Strength Training & Conditioning by Baechle & Earle. Its a pricey book, but EXCELLENT as far as conditioning and strength training, would be great if you wanted to go into personal training. This is the NSCA's book, which we all know is the golden standard of certifications. Its an awesome book.

Also, I was given the 10th edition of The Textbook of Medical Physiology. Which Im very impressed with. This book is all about the physiology of the human body, etc. Its got a myriad of references and abstracts. Not too expensive either and would be an excellent addition to your library.
