    When is the best time to take it ??? to see gains... After a work out??? Isnt that when ur body needs it ???

    Depends.... may be useless all together. If one isnt a creatine responder, which a good percentage of people arent, then its like opening a used car lot in amish country.

    You know your body better than any of us, so experiment. Try it for 7-10 days after you train, then 7-10 days before you train. Decide for yourself which works, if it works at all. Wouldnt hurt to mix it with a simple carbohyrate powder (ie. Dextrose or maltodextrin) to better the uptake.

      but what results should i expect in 7 to 10 days to know its working heh... and btw that amish line... rofl you should do stand up or something :)

        Probably some increase in strength, possibly an increase in endurance and probably some bloating.

          but isnt it a mass builder? so wouldnt it help me devlope more muscle mass efficiently rather if i didnt take it at all ?

            Creatine is indirectly a mass builder, it has little to no effects on direct hypertrophy, but "sets the mood" for muscle growth by hydration and extended endurance.
