If i put sugar in this....
    1. would it help the tea taste any better
    2. would it negate the point of drinking green tea

i'd also like to know if drinking it hot makes it taste any better....

and what exactly about it makes it good for you?

i just know, no matter how good it is for me, I'm never drinking green tea ever again without sugar or anything else in it to help that taste
I dont believe sugar would negate the benefits of green tea....but I do know that milk will definetly negate the good elements of the tea.

I disagree. Milk would do nothing to hinder the antioxidant effects.
