    hey
    its been awhile since ive worked out and just lately i started back at it after a 2 year break and i was just wondering what are some good supplements to really pack on the muscle. im currently taking, protein, creatine with hmb and phospagen. and im on the body for life diet. seeings how i sighned up for it so my eating is clean, cept today i bought diet pepsi. anyone got any good supplements. i was looking at that m-1 or something? any help thanks. sorry for the newb post im new to all this new stuff.

    Stay away from M1T. Yes it will give u great gains, but its hard on ur liver, and ur body in general if your younger and u hvnt done any PH/AAS cycles prior. M1T is a steroid and is very potent, but comes with a list of sides that vary from person to person.

    So besides that....if ur lookin to pack on musce, id go with simple some 4-ad, or 1-ad.

      The creatine is ok, maybe some ala could help too. Get some whey protein, some beef, some chicken, some tuna, some turkey, some eggs, etc, you get the point. Food my brother, food. M1T isn't a supplement, it's a steroid, which you don't need to grow.
