  • Natural muscle building stack

Is there such a thing? If not, what would you recommend in the way of non-anabolic supplements to help with muscle building/development?

Sure there's such a thing..... for example:

ISS research's Satur8 (or comparable creatine)
    Universal Nutrition's Liver Tabs
    Flax or Fish oil
    Protein blend
    Whey protein

Merely an example, but this one works, I know, I did it for a couple years with success.... granted my diet was a huge part of my accomplishments.

Anabolic means "muscle building". it has nothing to do with steroids. so you want a suppliment that wont help build muscle? lol

Can you forgive a newbie for using incorrect terminology? - I am looking for a non-steroidal anabolic stack (better now?) Thx.

The above mentioned advice is good as well, without a good nutrition program, you can take all the supplements in the world and still be stuck at square 1.

What would you recommend to build lean muscle mass? I read that I should eat mainly chicken and fish for protein, lots of green vegetables, legumes and nuts such as almonds, pecans and walnut (but not cashews, pistachios and macadamias), potatoes, and fruits such as grapefruit, apples, peaches, pears, pineapple, plums, berries.

The best way to create a diet is to work with what youre already eating.....
