Hey YJ thanks for the info from before. What are some of the supplements that can aid in fat burning, that I can use along with excerise? What is flax oil for?

Chocolate Frostein. Is this a good aide for fat loss? Need a non biased opinion. They said it will help you loss fat, then a paragraph later it says it can also help you gain mass. I'm a little unsure. Help me out, Thanks

Supplements aside, whats your diet look like? Without an A+ diet, supplements are pretty useless. Assuming your diet is in check, Im a big fan of keeping it simple. Green tea, flax oil, caffeine and ephedrine (if you have access to it and can use it properly) are the best. If you do not want to do it yourself, I support Xtreme Formulations Chizled. Its cheap, has the right goods in it and it works. Get your cardio and diet in check first, then opt for a stimulant/fat burner.

Never heard of that product, so I couldnt tell you...... if it promises both fat loss and muscle gains, be skeptical, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

What is ephedrine? I've read that hemp oil is better that flax, is this true? My diet is way better than it was to start. I have added the protein shakes as meal replacements. Take a mix in the morning with fruit and nuts. Around 11 am another mix. Lunch time tuna or chicken salad sandwich. Around 4pm another mix. 7-8 ish dinner. Workout , another mix and sleep.
Where do I need to improve? I haven't totally shaken carbs-e.g. brown rice, bread, and juice. Although I have gooten better, but its been only 2 weeks. Is it realalistic to shed 50 lbs. by January? I'm in your hands, mold a brother.

Ephedrine is a former over the counter supplement which possess both sympathomimetic and thermogenic, and somewhat of an anorectic property as well. Not for beginners, but highly effective, however illegal now.

I wouldnt say "better", but comparable. Fish oil is actually better than both of these in supplying essential fatty acids. Very good supplement.

Not always a good idea. Check what shakes youre using, it may be low in fat, but not low in carbs. Whole food is always better than a protein shake, regardless of a hypo or hypercaloric diet. Protein shakes are supplements, to supplement an already stable diet.

Take a mix in the morning with fruit and nuts.
Make sure the nuts are uncoated, the coating of nuts is nothing but simple carbohydrates. While growing up we hear how good fruit is for us, its not always good when dieting. Sure they contain essential anti-oxidants and fruits are great in moderation, but fruits generally contain fructose, which is a simple carbohydrate, NOT used to replenish muscle glycogen, but liver glycogen, so be weary of consuming a lot of fruits. I would have no more than 1 piece (and a small piece at that) a day when dieting down.

              A mix of what?

Lunch time tuna or chicken salad sandwich.

Make sure this is on wheat, white bread is a diet crusher.

You may want to consider training earlier in the day if at all possible. Post workout have your whey protein shake and try mixing in oats instead of the normal dextrose. Oats are lower on the glycemic index, but have shown to order a strong enough insulin response to be effective in glycogen recompensation.

Realistic? Yes. Difficult? Hell yes. Going to take a strong mind, good diet and a lot of solid cardio.

Id look no further than some green tea (NOW foods makes a good extract) and some caffeine tabs. Thats really all you need for now, worry about the more potent fat burners later when burning fat isnt as easy. www.powernutrition.net is who I personally use and endorse because of their honesty, low prices and killer customer service. Give them a try.

Thanks YJ. Mix is the protein shake-Myopro Whey(4g total carb & 4g of sugar) and a protein synthesis called-Muscle Drive HP(4g of carbs & 4g of sugar), both made by EAS. Is it a good thing for me to mix my shake with skim milk or water? Will water effect the oats if pre mixed in the morning and stored til lunch time? Yeah the cashews are plain/unsalted, mixed with green grapes. So I should cut out the plumbs, peaches, and the apples? what would you suggest is a good snack that I can eat that doen't take up alot time to prepare?

Good, quick snacks..... hope you like tuna :)

Tuna is a great on the go snack, Ostrim Meat Stick from PowerNutrition are by far my favorite, one of those and a protein blend shake is an excellent on the go meal (for what you have to work with, granted some chicken breasts would be better but).
