I noticed in a few threads down about the natural stack for building muscle. I'm 19 and I have been training hard for 3 1/2 years and taking protein and creatine mixed with dextrose and ala. my question was if universal's liver tabs and flax oil would be beneficial to me and if so how? thanx for any help bro

Hey brother,
Ahhh.... finally a 19 year old who doesnt want to jump on 1 gram of test a week and 200mgs of Tren everyday. Congrats. for being educated on the matter. You already have a solid base (I would assume) after 3.5 years of training and you already have the basics down, creatine and protein. Dextrose and Ala are good additions (although I prefer r-ala).
But to answer your questions, yes liver tabs would be a good addition, as would flax or fish oil (I prefer fish oil). Liver tabs are full of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. For the price (like $10 per 500) there's no reason anyone shouldnt take them. Im a big advocate of them and have been using them for a few years now... great to add mass, just dont put too much expectations in them.
As for flax or fish oil, either of these are great for teens, adults, elderly, etc. About anyone can benefit from essential fatty acids, especially use in the business of hypertrophy. They have a myriad of uses and shouldnt be overlooked.

When it comes to supplements you are "The Man" and yes you answered my post to a "T". and you were right, I have developed a solid base through my hard work. I have also tried to educate myself on AS and PH's and i completely understand its simply not worth it right now. besides i have learned first hand that if you committ to sculpting your body and really get your diet in check you can transform yourself without drugs. obviously, they help but without the right mindset and understanding of their possible dangers they're useless. anyway, thanx again YJ.
