Ok i just started taking DMG, which is a form of glycine, its great stuff i get great workouts and i love it , but what i want to know from what i have heard is that it converts to Phospocreatine however you say it , and that it helps the effectiveness of regular creatine, is this true, and i heard that taking TMG even greatens the experience, and the it also helps with concentrations is all this true ? opinions please?....
