I had planned on taking clen with my PCT to help mainly with cortisol levels and possibly some anti-catabolc (if possible.)I was reccomened "phosphatidylserine at 800 mg or so pre workout , works excellently as a anti catabolic, reduces cortisol levels by arond 30 % , also , 5 gms vit c works well ." What do you think?

Pardon my little knowledge on phosphatidylserine, but Ive always known it (from college neuro-physiology) as a substance found on the membrane of neurons. And the ONLY time Ive seen is supplemented is for mental reasons, for example, stacked with DMAE to increase brain function.
I will search for some peer review abstracts to see its efficacy as a cortisol agonist.
