I've read the other two threads on the boards about anavol. Apprently the conclusion was that glutamine is completely useless or becomes glucose after hitting the liver making it useless.
However, anavol also has creatine and citrulline-malate in it. This means it does exactly what creatine monohydrate does right? Also, I was told you don't have to cycle off of anavol? Wouldn't that allow you to build quicker without cycling off every 2-3 months for a month?
I'm just trying to find the quickest/best way to build. I know bodybuilding's not a sprint, it's a marathon but still, if you can find a -healthy- shortcut...
What are you guys's thoughts on this stuff?
