Carb blockers

Do any of you beleive that those carb blockers work? Thanks in advance for any help.

From what I have heard at other boards, the answer is a definative "no, they do not work".

I have never tried them personally, and everyone I know who has tried them is overweight and not exercising. However, I never seen anyone lose significant weight from taking these drugs. Its seems pretty unlikely to me that something I can swallow in a pill is going to "absorb" the 1/2lb of pasta that I eat afterwards..

Actually they do work but the problem is they also block protein and vitamans.
