This morning as I was swallowing down all of my different vitamins I was wondering if I was getting enough based on the type of training I do. I understand that the reccomended daily allowance for the most part are for sedentary to normal people. So I figured I'd ask and see how much of these you all take and how you could tell whats effective and what is too much, this is what I take everyday:
Flaxseed oil: 1000mg
Vit C: 2000mg
Vit E: 1000iu
Beta Carotene: 25000 iu
Magnesium/Potassium: 500mg
Vit B5: 10g
I'm thinking maybe more flax, but don't know how much. Maybe more vit E also, and then again, I may be missing some vital oils or vitamins? What do you all take and what do you think about what I take?
