What exactly do u mean by pump? Like ur muscles get a better pump while lifting phsycially, or pumped mentally?

I dont think supplements play a huge role in that, if u rlly wanna get super pumped its mainly a mental thing, maybe the caffein and ephedra helped u along but u can do without it, if u want go try stacker 3 or something, ephedra free. But u do realize the stackers are mainly for weight loss?

ya i was doin bsn line of stuff no xplode nitrix 1 testoboline but than i read a post on hear about them being complte shit and they r bad for u so i stopped but personaly i think they dowork so im prolly gonna go back on them
