Vanilla Protein shakes taste

I always have used chocolate since i started taking supplements. Ive never really taken or used Vanilla flavored ones. Are they good in taste. Just want you opinions on this one. The only vanilla things i eat is ice cream.

Pro Rated is my favorite vanilla flavor, although, Optimum 100% whey vanilla is coparably as good. SportLab 100% whey vanilla is right up there too.

GNC vanilla whey with water almost makes me puke. And I've only thrown up 2 times in 12 years....it's that bad.

I've never tried other brands though. Even if I did decide to, I think the GNC vanilla has ruined any chance at purchasing a vanilla from any other company. Chocolate seems to be more bearable, in any brand, IMO.

yeah bro, honestly vanilla shakes too me always taste like crap.. I stick to berry flavors or chocolate, never had problems with them.

I've never been able to drink a vanilla protein shake slowly. I always find myself gulping it down to try and avoid the taste. I've tried quite a few different brands, including Muscle Milk, ON, allthewhey, and some designer whey. IMHO, chocolate is definately they whey to go.

ON vanilla sucked in my opinion , thewy're Choc is good I mix cocoa powder it has per 1tbsp 20 cals .05 fat 3g carbs 1g of protein makes it taste better

yup, gotta say that pro-rated has an awesome smooth taste. U recommended it to me a while abck bro and it was good. Bought the chocolate one. Ive tried other brands and all but nothing like Pro-Rated. I, m using Solid Whey right now. Its alright but kind tastes funny, unlike pro-rated. The gnc brand was ok too but not as good. I also used the Vitamin World Whey and it sucked balls, didnt mix well. The Weider one was ok too.

ON's Pro Complez Vanilla is superb. Majority of vanillas are safe bets

i go with strawberry. even with water it's good. the chocolate ones are usually too chocolatey and i've only tried eas' vanilla shake. it was too damn thick and creamy, had too strong of a vanilla flavor to it.

muscle milk vanilla is the best if you like cytosport (which I do)

I like to mix with a yougert...peach, strawberry., some ice and water make a smoothie can't even tell protein powder.

Any vanilla that uses Splenda (sucralose) as the sweetener usually tastes pretty good.

isopure vanilla tastes OK as protien shakes go but I got some EAS phosphofagun (sp?) and it tasted like total ass!

That's because phosphagen is creatine. All creatine's taste like sweaty ass crack. As far as vanilla flavored proteins, i'll never touch em again. Bought a 5lb bucket of ON Whey in vanilla and I felt like I was on fear factor everytime.
