I got these multi's but there expired?

are they ok to take them it says they expire 07/2004....they got this really strong smell to them....i dont if vitamins go bad? what do you think?

sometimes the minerals in them can oxidize, another way of saying that they rust in the case of iron. if they have iron in them, toss them out. it ain't worth the 5 or 6 bucks
