MRP's and my stomach
I want to know if any of you all have ever eperienced this before. On May I had ordered some Optimum Nutrition Meal Replacements. I got the chocolate ones. I ordered enough for 2 months for my job since the hours were long.
Ok this is the thing, everytime i would take one about 1-2 hours later my stomach was hurting like crazy and i knew what was going to come out "gas". I used to take them with about 16ounces of water. Milk does me bad so i went with water. When i used to lay some nasty farts, it stunk nasty. I mean so nasty that everyone around me would get upset stomachs. Even worst when i went to the john, everything came out loose.:(
What i dont understand is that im taking whey protein in the mornings and nights and nothing compared to MRP'S. Ive used Met-RX before, Isopure, and some GNC and Vitamin World brand. They all gave me nasty smelly gas.
Could it be the mrp's or the way im taking them. Dont get me wrong I loved them so much but couldnt take it no more. Felt uncomfortable.:o
