ok i have 165 1ad caps, and a lot of 4ad caps and a lot of 60x0. once i recover from the neck i want to start a 1ad 4ad cycle. i would like to know the best way to spread out 160 caps of 1 ad. i am thinking 400 mged for 3 weeks with 600 mg of 4ad(oral). then bump up to 600mg for two weeks, also with 600 mg of 4ad followed up with the oxo. trying to stay low on the 4ad. i am an easy bulker, and would like to stay away from estrogen as much as possable, and i want a bunch of 4ad left for m1t cycles. thanks guys
