  • The best creatine

I am going to start a cycle of creatine real soon. But have been looking at several. What makes a particular brand better than the other? Price, amount, brand name? What is effervisent creatine? Is it any different from creatine? Would you guys help guide me to the best possible product. What should I take along with to help absorption? Is there a creatine that helps with bulk, and at the same time doen't make you feel bloated? Thanks guys.

I usually just go with any monohydrate brand. Usually optimum nutrition. Their creapure is 99.9% pure creatine. Haven't heard much about this effervescent creatine. Sounds more like a marketing ploy. Best to consume creatine with dextrose and alpha lipoic acid (ala) or r-ala to increase absorbtion. Right now the best creatine for keeping bloat down is creatine malate or kre-alkalyn. However i've been hearing some good things about this new creatine ethyl ester stuff. Maybe yj would know more on it. Check out these sites for more info.

      Hey Unith...

Effervescent creatine is buffered, therefore enteres the blood stream quicker, adding to its efficacy. But honestly, I did not notice a significant difference between it and plain ol' creatine in dextrose. Im a big fan of the Tricreatine malates, ie. Swole and Satur8.

Creatine Ethyl Ester is more soluble and has better bioavailability and much more stable. Its said to be 40 times better than regular creatine, but I havent seen or read any research confirming this, so all we have is their word for now.

To answer your question, the best creatine is ISS Research's Satur8, maybe mixed with Syntrax's Nitrous.

Yea, VPX makes CEX, VNS has Jacked, MRI has CE2, Nutrabolics has cre2bolic, thermolife has Cre2. I believe pinnacle has something also. 1fast400 and customnutwarehouse has the powder. Also sledgehmr from designer supps is making a product as well. Seems like there also having issues with the FDA about it too. May want to get it now, may not be around for long. I also think that since cee is a membrane permeable form of Creatine that can enter the cell without having to use the Creatine transporter molecule, they are considering it a drug.

Beefcafe, do you know what the product is called from designersupps....I am not sure which one it is on their website becuase there is no product descriptions. I think I may try a new creatine during my next slin cycle. I usually just use basic monohydrate from Myogenix. Is the Satur8 product a better choice?

Naw, sledge's product isn't ready yet. He may have finished his test samples but he hasn't said anything yet. He'll be partitioning for testers soon. I just mono for my slin cycle as well. I don't think you would really need satur8 unless you're a creatine non responder. The tricreatine malate is only about 75% creatine. I'll just stick to mono since it's cheaper. I don't think the CEE stuff will work with slin since it doesnt use the creatine transporter.

OK Thanks for the advice Bro...I'll just stick to what has worked in the past. What brand of creatine mono do you use? I've also been reading a lot about slin use with Vtargo GCL but haven't made the leap.

If you can afford the vitargo, it is the best you can get. If not, I just use optimum nut's stuff and add dextrose.
