    WEIGHT: 205
    HEIGHT: 6'0
    BF%: 6%
    ANDROGEN HISTORY: I have taken two cycles of M1T over the past year.
    OTHER SUPPLEMENTS TAKEN: Flax Oil, Fish Oil, DHEA, Zinc, Multi-Vitamins, Milk Thistle
    WORKOUT SCHEDULE: I workout with weights 4 times a week, while doing cardio 1-2 hours 2 days a week. Sunday - weights: Monday - cardio: Tuesday - weights: Wednesday - cardio: Thursday - weights: Friday - weights: Saturday - rest.
    GOALS: I want to hit 215-220 by end of December while staying under 8% bf

    This is the 6 week cycle I will be starting sunday, plz feel free to help me modify it to best fit my goals.

    Weeks 1-6
    1200mg 1,4AD - dione (everyday)
    1000mg 4AD (everyday)
    20mg M5AA (pre-workout)

    Daily pill schedule on workout days goes like this:

    Morning: 2 fish oil capsules, Multi-Vitamin, 2x300mg 1,4AD, 1x500mg 4AD - taken with Grapefruit Juice
    Pre-workout: 2 fish oil capsules, 20mg M5AA
    Night: 2 fish oil capsules, 2x300mg 1,4AD, 1x500mg AD, DHEA, Zinc, Flax oil, 1000mg Milk Thistle - taken with Grapefruit Juice

    Non-workout days:

    Morning: 2 fish oil capsules, Multi-Vitamin, 2x300mg 1,4AD, 1x500mg 4AD - taken with Grapefruit Juice
    Night: 2 fish oil capsules, 2x300mg 1,4AD, 1x500mg AD, DHEA, Zinc, Flax oil, 1000mg Milk Thistle - taken with Grape Fruit Juice


    I was just wondering if 1200mg is to much 1,4AD since each pill I cap is 300mg, and I at least wanted to do 1000mg daily. Also any help rearanging my other supplements i.e. vitamins, fish oils, etc. To help with my goals would be wonderful!!

    For a real lean gain or a cuttting stack wouldn't 1ad/ 1,4ad be a better choice than 4ad? You get alot of water retention w/ the 4ad.
