  • Swole

i am almost out of my creatine, is Swole a kind of creatine or a diff kind of supp? should i replace my regular balleys creatine with Swole? will it make much difference?

Swole is basically Dicreatine malate and taurine. The malate is a salt form of creatine which is about 75% creatine. The salt form helps to increase bioavailibility and water solubility. Also helps to keep GI distress down. Not a bad product but mostly geared towards creatine non repsonders. So if regular mono is doing you good, it would better price wise to just stay with mono. You can add taurine if you want to also.

I use swole cause mono creatine never worked for me. I swear by the stuff. Just ordered some more of it yesterday.
