I use N-large 2 10pound bucket. It contains 30 servings of 4 scoops a piece. The bucket normally lasts me 3 weeks depending on meal routine, and schedule. Just my personal preference, I prefer champion nutrition heavyweight 900. The flavors are wonderful, and so far I haven't seen the same results with my N-large.

n-large 2 is the only protein I use....mainly because the vanilla tastes good even just mixed with water & its fairly cheap for what you get.

Its fairly cheap because its maltodextrin and some protein. Maltodextrin runs about $1 a pound.

It took me from 210 to 230 in 2002. I'm using it now just for the extra calories. I'm a student as well and one shake is 600 calories with 50 grams of protein. I only use it if I'm in a rush and don't have time to cook real food.

Does it matter what the source of the protein is? Will it make a difference if you can't eat a meal and drink a shake instead?

thats what they are made for and also for people who wanna add extra calories in the day. I used to eat 6 meals a day with a meal replacement which turned into 7 meals and a shake before going to bed. So yeah man it helps out alot, with quality protein.:)
