Does anyone know of a good technique to get the proper dosing with this yohimbine from bulk nutrition. I ordered 3g but need a dose around 20mg. I was thinking dilute it in water but then I thought maybe I would try gelcaps. Any suggestions? Thanks

Get a scale. You'll have to get a scale to cap it anyway so doesn't matter. -
Ok thanks Bro...This stuff is kind of a pain in the ass becasue it sticks to anything it touches and won't even brush off completely. Only about 1g of it is on the bottom of the container...the other 2g are stuck on the inside of the bottle and cap. That would be key if they just upped the price and made it in liquid form for you already.Comment
