yeah my friend was taking that stuff. He was skinny though, well still is but added 12 pounds of solid muscle. He was 150, went to 162. But sad he gave up pumping iron.
I'm only 160, there is no way in hell that I would ever give up lifting weights, not to say that men can't be comfortable w/their bodies, I just couldn't live w/myself being only 160-170 for the rest of my life. It's a long hard road, but no one said it was going to be easy.

ive been there before and i wasnt very happy about it. Being 5'11'', i looked skinny. So just eat, train, and rest bro and u will grow. It took time for me, but ive gotten far enough that im happy with 220. My goal is being at least 230 solid, hopefully by next year.:)
