Hey yj or anybody else, was wondering if you may have any suggestions. I'm scheduled to attend the academy in november. I hate cardio with a passion. I have to muster up everything in me to get the motivation to do a cardio session. I don't know why, but i'm going to have to be ready. So I was looking for some supps that may help give me an edge or a boost. So far I was thinking about taurine and citrulline malate. Anything else I may want to try?
