  • M1T and lethargy

    As if there aren't enough M1T threads...here's another.

    I'm trying to correlate M1T with lethargy. I know many of you have said you experienced that while taking it. I was just wondering how many of you were taking Milk Thistle along with it to protect your liver.

    I'm still early in my cycle but I've been feeling most tired a little while after taking the milk thistle. I took it late in the afternoon yesterday and felt like I hit a brick wall.

    On the other hand, after I took the M1T I thought I was going to explode. I wanted to ravage every girl at the gym (luckily I don't really have the nerve to talk to anyone :) ). I had tons of energy all night after lifting.

    This morning, I felt really energized and then I took the milk thistle with breakfast and then I started feeling really tired. Maybe I'll know more when I take another dose with my lunch.

    Like I said, I'm early in my cycle and in my study. Does anyone have any feedback?

    The M1t should make you tired....not the milk thistle... how long have you been on it? whats your dose?

      few days...10mg per day.

        are you taking anything else to help combat the sides? i didnt do much research before my first m1t cycle and i almost had to stop because of lethargy. then i did a little research and i took 4ad with it and the sides almost disappeared. for the price i think that it would be dumb not to take 4ad with it. i used transdermal and about ~500mgs. check out PN, they have great stuff.

          yeah the reason you have the lethargy is largely b/c you're not using a test base to keep your energy up. m1t shuts down test and makes you tired... milk thistle has absolutely nothing to do w/ it and i would recommend discontinuing its use until PCT as it's a help to the liver in regeneration... but little help while you're downing 10mg of m1t everyday

            I agree...save the milkthistle for PCT

            300-900mg/ day oral 4ad

            400-600mg/day transdermal 4ad

            Minimal amounts of 4ad can be used to offset the lethargy of the m1-t, larger amounts will add to gains.

              I disagree with both of you. You should take the milk thistle while taking the m1t. You should not wait till the end of the cycle to use something that will help you through your cycle. You'll harm your liver if you don't take it.
