I am coming off an M1t Cycle, and i gained about 10 lbs from it, but now i am only up 4 lbs. i increased my calories. i eat much more calories then i need for my bodyweight and still cant keep it on. taking nolva 20mg per day, out of the syringe into my mouth.... i also ran out of creatine a few days ago, but not sure if that could be a reason why i lost a couple lbs.... i can notice my chest and triceps shrank some....need to get this weight back! =(

it's because most of the weight you gained was water. you can't seriously expect to put on 10lbs of lean muscle in 4 weeks. it's unrealistic. that's why this sport is like a marathon, not a sprint. you need to get your diet down right, eat, eat, and eat some more. train and you will gain. slow and steady gains is what you want.
