    well i want to know if protein makes you fat. cause thats what everybody keeps on telling me. I don't really want to gain weight but I want something that will make me cut and have a little mass to it. so woulld protein be right for me or should i just eat alot. is mega whey isolate better than just 100% whey protein that you can get from GNC. And iim only 15 gonna be 16 on new year

    protein wont make you fat. if anything it does the oposite, dont buy your protein from GNC, they are a rip off. go to www.powernutrition.net and buy a 10lb bag of ON Whey protein, start lifting and tell us how it goes =)

      Eat about 1-1.5 grams of protien per lb of bodyweight. I would try to get aabout 60% of my protien from whole food. Protien shakeswont make you fat more than likely, just remember all you have to do is use more calories than you take in.
