sup all, well a while back i got this bottle of creatine from gnc it
was in a gunky guey type of liquid and tasted like sh*t so i took it for a while and it worked but i couldnt take the taste so i left it in the refreg. and i totally forgot about it .....then about half a year later i saw the bottle when (it was on the door) so i said ok let me try some .....it was all stuck on the bottom of the bottle and couldnt get to the creatine so i said why not cut the bottle open
and take the creatine put it in the blender and i did i mixed it with some HMB and some clacium for absortion and added water ...but just a little so i pressed on whip on the blender and it all went smoothly and then i grabbed a old mayo jar and put the creatine in the jar and shaked it for a while and then took some it was awsome shit ....great strength and alot of energy ......
...P.S. i alo heard that in water it turnd into creatinine which is bad is this true??
